What format does the CSV need to be?

AutoSQR accepts a full Search Query Report CSV export from Google Ads. It works with as little as a "Search term" column, but if your report includes Cost, Impressions, or other metrics, those are tracked too. No special formatting needed.

What categories does it classify into?

Five categories: Relevant (should trigger your ads), Irrelevant (not related to the business), Competitor (mentions a competitor), Brand (mentions your brand), and Review (uncertain, flagged for human review). Each comes with a confidence score and reasoning.

How accurate is it?

Better brief = better results. The more specific your account brief is about products, competitors, and brand terms, the more accurate the classifications. We recommend creating separate accounts per product line or service area for the best results. For ambiguous keywords, the AI also cross-references real Google search results before deciding. And any manual corrections you make are remembered and applied automatically on future runs, so accuracy improves over time.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits never expire. Buy them when you need them, use them at your own pace.

Is my data secure?

Your data stays private. We don't share or sell your data. When you delete a job, the classification data is removed from the system. We retain only anonymised metadata for service improvement. For the most accurate results, we recommend including as much detail as possible in your account brief, including brand names and competitor names.

Can I manage multiple accounts?

Yes, and we encourage it. Accounts are free to create, so you can set up as many as you need. Agencies can organise by client, product line, or campaign. In-house teams can split by service area, brand, or campaign group. Each account has its own brief, competitors, and brand terms, and cached results are scoped per account.

Do I pay for the same keywords again on repeat uploads?

No. Keywords that have already been classified for an account are cached. If you upload a new report with overlapping search terms, the cached results are reused at no cost. You only pay for genuinely new keywords.
