Terms of Service

You need an account to use AutoSQR. Authentication is via magic link (email-based, no passwords).

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account. One account per person or entity. We may close duplicate accounts.

Accounts are free to create. You can create multiple "accounts" (briefs) within the platform for different products, services, or clients.

Credits are purchased through Stripe. All prices are in USD.

Credits do not expire. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to change pricing for future credit purchases. Existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.

Free credits are provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued for new signups.

We reserve the right to adjust credit terms (including introducing expiry periods) with 90 days written notice to existing users. Any credits purchased before such changes will be honoured under their original terms.

You may only use AutoSQR for its intended purpose: categorising search query data.

• You must not attempt to abuse the free credit system (e.g. creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits).
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI models or classification logic.
• You must not use the service to process data you do not have the right to use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to AutoSQR. You grant us a limited licence to process your data for the purpose of providing the service.

When you delete a job, the classification data is removed from our system. We retain anonymised metadata (e.g. job size, processing time, category distribution) for service improvement and analytics.

Previously classified search terms are cached per account to avoid duplicate charges. Cached results are removed if you delete the associated account.

We do not sell, share, or use your uploaded data for any purpose other than providing the service.

AutoSQR uses AI to classify search terms. Classifications are suggestions, not guarantees.

You are responsible for reviewing results before applying them to your Google Ads accounts. We are not responsible for any impact on your advertising campaigns resulting from classifications generated by the service.

Classification accuracy depends on the quality and specificity of your account brief.

AutoSQR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

On termination, any unused credits are forfeited unless termination was initiated by us without cause, in which case we will refund unused credit value.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
